Mindful Mondays Online
We will again be offering Mindful Mondays from 12:00 noon-1:30 pm
This is a space to learn and practice meditation. If you already have a practice, come join us! If you don’t- this is your chance to learn! We will learn and practice techniques that build attention and focus, cultivate self-compassion, and create an open and spacious mind that restores calm and cultivates empathy.
You have the option to join us for 30 minutes until 12:30 pm, or stay until 1:00 pm, or until 1:30 pm. If you have attended a previous mediation practice, you have the option to leave earlier and also join later. Just let us know.
