Mindful Mondays In-Person / Online

The group is primarily for student benefit, but anyone from the campus community is welcome to attend.

Every Monday in person from 12– 1:30 pm in 22-180 (CTOL Center).

With mindfulness techniques one can –

  • steadily develop greater focus and concentration
  • increase mental clarity and minimize attention to distracting thoughts
  • enhance a felt sense of well-being and peace.
  • reduce feelings of stress and anxiety (self-regulation skills)

Mindful Mondays is a shared effort between Counseling Services and Student Life.
