Psychological Safety in the Workplace Personal Development Workshop Online
What IS psychological safety? What is it NOT? How does our safety or lack of safety affect us and others? What are some things we can do to feel safer?
Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to gain insight on a number of areas within the workshop topic, to include:
- Participants will explore how the following may affect our feelings of safety:
- How our past may affect our future
- Triggers
- Clear communications
- Self reflection
- Plans for the future - Team & Individual
