Managing Stress Part 1 Personal Development Workshop Online

THIS IS A TWO-PART WORKSHOP. BOTH PARTS, IN ORDER, MUST BE ATTENDED

What are some different types of stress?  How does toxic stress affect my brain?  What about burnout? How can we identify red flags?

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to gain insight on a number of areas within the workshop topic, to include:

  • Define stress.
  • Recognize different kinds of stress; survival, short-term and long-term.
  • Understand the effects of stress on the physical body and brain functions.
  • Understand facts related to burnout, depression and breakdown.
  • Understand the stress “cycle”.
  • Understand environmental and job stressors.
  • Gain insight on stress-related illness and disease.
