Teams/Team Bonding Professional Development Workshop Online
If gathered in one place, we typically spend more time with our co-workers than friends and family... What makes a team "safe"? How can we improve team dynamics? What happens to our brains when included?
Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to gain insight on a number of areas within the workshop topic, to include:
- The psychology of teams
- The positive aspects of team bonding
- Areas of (time) opportunity for team bonding activities
- Brainstorming and discussions for team bonding activities
