Leadership Professional Development Workshop Online
Does everyone have what it takes to be a great leader regardless of position title? What are some known actions that prove leadership? How can ALL of us improve our leadership skills?
Upon completion of this workshop, the participants will be able to:
- Understand the 10 characteristics of a good leader
- Understand how EI plays a role in leadership
- Understand the theory of the Johari Window
- Communication Strategies as it related to Leadership
- Different ways to coach/mentor
