Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to gain insight on a number of areas within the workshop topic, to include:

  • Understand dialog options for the process for perception checking.
  • Understand dialog options for the process for raising sensitive issues.
  • Understand dialog options for the process of receiving criticism.
  • Understand dialog options for the process of giving compliments.
  • Explore and realize the impact of non-verbal messaging and body language.
  • Explore areas of conflict and resolution options.
  • Explore culture and belief systems in communicating.
  • Understand the differences between hearing and actively listening.
