This workshop will explore different generational “eras”, some perceptions of those eras,to include generational stereotypes, opportunities to understand about teaching to and learn from different generations; to include collaboration.  We will also explore learning preferences and ways to teach to, learn from and include collaboration efforts.
“Ok Boomer!”  Do you have specific thoughts on how different generations think, work and communicate?  What are learning styles?  OR, are they preferences? 

  • We will explore and challenge stereotypes of those born in different eras
  • We will understand different ways of learning based on preferences
  • We will understand the different ways of instructing based on preferences
  • Explore different ways to promote more collaboration based on preferences
  • Refrain from using “blanket statements” when speaking about different generations and learning styles (preferences)
