What is Trauma Stewardship?  How does living with trauma dictate our decisions regarding the future?  

Upon completion of this course, the participant will be able to gain insight on a number of areas within the workshop topic, to include:

  • Participants will be able to recognize how secondary trauma may affect them and/or their work with others.
  • Participants will explore which work areas experience secondary trauma the most.
  • Participants will be able to understand stressors in the workplace based on secondary trauma. 
  • Participants will explore work life balance and flexibility.
  • Participants will explore steps to reduce trauma and stress.
